For students that just need a physical reset, I have the student go to their desk or a quiet area to copy the paragraph. If the behavior is serious enough or continuing after the paragraph has been written, I send home for a parent signature.
Bottom lines, I write in what the student did and have them copy in the younger grades. The older grades should be able to communicate what they did themselves.
*Print and laminate*- if not laminated, it will most likely be written on or destroyed
