At our school we’ve been working to help students understand exactly what adults mean when we ask them to “show respect.” I've designed six colorful "Respect looks like..." posters that define expected behaviors in each of six different school settings: classroom, hallways, cafeteria, playground, bathroom, and bus.
We had them printed poster-size and laminated to hang around the school. They facilitated discussions about appropriate school behaviors for the first few weeks of school, then served as visual reminders of expectations for the remainder of the year.
The six flip books are meant to reinforce learning by reminding students how they show respect in different school settings with their bodies, their words, and their actions.
The posters and the flip books may be purchased separately, but I'm offering them as a bundle at a discounted price.
