When my students read a fictional book, I have them write an introduction, a summary, a character analysis, determine the theme or lesson in the story (with evidence from the text), and conclusion. Students write their opinion about the book in the conclusion section. When the students complete each section in draft form in their Writer’s Notebook, I ask them to publish their work in this flipbook.

When it is time to put the flipbook together, the pages are marked for easy assembly. A saddle stapler or a long arm stapler can be used to bind the pages together.

This product includes preprinted pages that you may use with your students. I have included blank pages so you can customize it to your students needs. At this time, it is not editable.

I hope you find this helpful in your teaching practice. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me at christyksanders@gmaill.com. I will respond as soon as I am able.

Please provide feedback and a rating on the website. I appreciate your business and your commitment to your students.
