Engage your students in character building discussion and allow students to reflect on issues they are having in school and at home during restorative circles. Help your students become more aware of the importance of having good character and what to do when or if someone is not exhibiting those traits.
Gather in your whole group circle first thing in the morning to start the day off right and guide daily choices and actions in a thoughful, caring direction or end your day with a restorative circle to discuss what went on during the day and reflect on what could be done differently the next day...or do a combination of both!
