This is a great tri-foldable (brochure style) for conflict resolution using Restorative Justice Practices. A foldable is given to the student who created the conflict. They could even complete this at their desk. The foldable contains the questions to be asked when using Restorative Justice. (What do you think happened?, What do you remember thinking at the time?, How were you and others affected?, What feelings or needs do you still have?, How can we solve the problem for everyone involved?) When the student is finished they go to the back of the foldable and sign and date the Positive Feedback note. You can then make a copy for the student and have one for yourself.
When printing, I printed two sided and did not hit the "fit to page" check mark on my printer. I feel it looks really good and will be a time saver while juggling discipline, activities, and general teaching in the classroom.
