Restorative Practice in our schools builds a positive climate for our students while resolving conflict in a positive manner. This sheet can open up the conversation with a student or students who may have broken a classroom or school rule. I have used the acronym PEACE to help the child resolve their conflict. P(Politeness)E(Empathy)
A(Attitude)C(Cooperation)E(Effort). This problem solving tool gets the student thinking about how they disrupted the PEACE in their actions and lets them focus on positive ways to resolve the problem.
