Take your already made review questions and put them on cards and have students draw cards, answer questions, and roll dice as they move around the game board Candy Land style. You can use pieces from other game boards (like chess or checkers) or cut out the stick figure people provided. You can supply your own dice or use the template on the last page to fold and tape together dice.
The most basic way to play is to have students draw a card and answer a question. If they get the question correct they can roll the dice and move on the board. If they get it wrong they lose a turn.
Of course you can get as creative as you would like with the rules, including stealing turns if someone gets it wrong, or rolling the dice and moving back that many spaces if you get it wrong.
Attached are five game boards of varying length and a one blank game board that can be used to make your own spaces.
