This activity allows students to review functions at their own pace. Each student starts on the first column. They pick a problem (1-5) and complete that problem. They check in with you. If you the answer is correct, they move over to the next column (connecting with the previous problem). If the problem is wrong, the student can move up or down to try another problem. Each student gets a hexagon page (the 1st page). The rest of the pages of the document are printed off for a class set. I keep those cards on the front table when students aren't using the cards.
