Finding a difficult time getting your students to use figurative language in their writing? This pack is perfect for you!

This product contains 2 levels for varying student ability. Level A includes a single sentence on each task card. Level B includes a short paragraph on each task card. Decide which level to give your students based on their ability! There are also 2 different recording pages depending on which level you choose to give your students.

Students choose a task card, and then decide which type of figurative language they will use to revise and rewrite the sentence. This is great practice for students who need extra help with revision.

You can print the black lines onto color paper/card stock to save on ink!
