These centers will help improve your students’ writing pieces through encouraging revision and editing processes and strategies!
Set-up five centers around the classroom: one for each prompting card! Divide students into five groups and place each group at a starting center. Make sure students have their writing drafts! Give students 10-15 minutes at each center to revise their work and then guide them to rotate to the next center as a group. Continue this way until each group visits every revising and editing center. Have students complete these centers using a red marking pen so you can see the revisions they made along the way!
