I work all year on writing and the revision process. This bulletin board, which I use in my 8th grade classroom, uses Bob the Builder to remind the students the 12 revision steps I want them to go through before turning in a final draft. Bob the Builder seems a bit elementary but I know for my kids, the cornier it is, the better they remember. Everything is all put together for you, including the title "Use Your Revision Toolbox to Build Great Essays." Simply print it off on card stock (12 pages), cut apart, laminate and use. Of course, if you want to change some of the revision steps, this is easy to do once you download the file.
