Students who are studying the Revolutionary war and have some background of King George III will enjoy using primary sources to learn about author's viewpoint.
Students will use primary and secondary source documents. Students will be able to determine authors or artists viewpoint/ perspective using inferencing from clues that they find with in the document. Working together with other class members students will determine different view points of King George and what might have lead to these ideas. Students will then use guided writing in order to complete a claim and evidence paragraph supporting their conclusions found in their document.
