Students get the opportunity to reenact history and “live” the events to build a deeper understanding of their purpose and meaning to our current government formation and rights from the meetings of the Continental Congress, to comparing and contrasting Paul Revere with Sybil Ludington, to analysis of the Crossing of the Delaware painting, to evaluating what made George Washington a good leader, to creating a written and visual depiction of the timeline of the Revolutionary War, to defining the Declaration of Independence, to researching and writing in the perspectives of different war figures.
