I use this binder as an incentive system to reinforce positive behavior. I pass out "tickets" for good behavior, staying on task, etc. Students save up tickets to "buy" rewards out of the binder. All of the things in the binder are privileges rather than things to buy (which I love) except for an option to buy a new pencil or new eraser.
There are 25 "rewards" in the binder, as well as pages with "10 tickets" "15 tickets" etc. and you can arrange the binder however you'd like and "price" the rewards as you wish.
