Children like feedback on how they are doing, and as adults it's easy to let children when they are not doing what they are supposed to, but it's hard to remember to let them know when they are doing well. I developed this to work with children who need reminders to have good behavior, to make sure that I let them know they are doing a good job and to give them something tangible to work for. At the end of each session my students put a sticker in a square when they have had good behavior. After earning 10 stickers, they receive a prize. Prizes can be something as simple as 5 minutes on the computer or a new pencil. The download comes with a front and back side which can be copied onto card stock for durability.
