This reward choice board is perfect for your students that need a little extra motivation in class. It could be used with students who are working to improve specific behaviors, or students who have special needs. First, you establish a goal for your specific student. They are able to choose a reward from the chart once they have met the goal.
For example, I had a student who had a goal of "stay in my reading station the whole time." If he was able to stay in his stations then he was allowed to choose one reward from the choice chart.
I have used this chart with students who have been diagnosed with Autism as well and it worked perfectly! They were able to use the visuals on the chart to help them choose which reward they wanted after meeting a goal. Their goals may look different than other students, but once the goal is established they can be rewarded for accomplishing it.
Reward Choice Options included on this chart:
Have a snack
Take a break
Read a book
