In this worksheet there are19 real world problems where students need to apply their knowledge of converting percents, decimals and fractions and writing them in different forms. The students are then asked to create 3 of thier their own real world problems.

The last page is a chart that requires students to convert between percents, decimals and fractions while writing their answers in different forms. (As an algebraic expression, in expanded form, as the distributive property, and in words.)
