Pokemon Go is the hit of the summer! Kids and adults alike can be seen roaming all over town “catching” these digital monsters. What if students had an opportunity to learn this way? These activities serve as a basic introduction to the appeals of persuasion and can be enrichment activities to what goes on inside the classroom. Definitions and multiple examples of persuasive appeals have been embedded in QR codes, which students "hunt" and plot on a map, eventually creating their own examples to "hide" and hunt. The materials include step-by-step instructions for each of the four rounds of the instructional activity.
