Product Description
A series of graphic organizers aids students as they watch campaign ads from a selection of 2016 presidential candidates. (Republicans are overrepresented simply because there are more of them.) Students analyze the use of music, images, and information in building credibility, appealing to the viewers' emotions, and appealing to reason.

ALL ADS CAN BE FOUND ON THE YOUTUBE PLAYLIST AT https://goo.gl/vIcf3B , OR BY SEARCHING THE GIVEN TITLES.

Three pointed questions ask students to reflection on common threads and tactics. A constructed response provides an assessment to process what they understand about the use of ethos, pathos, and logos in the ads. Sentence stems are provided.
