This set includes 4 differentiated sheets with 2 sets of rhyming words. Students can learn rhyming words through matching, sorting, writing, and substituting sounds.
What will students be doing on the worksheets?
❶ Spin a Rhyme: Students will color a word that rhymes with the picture on the spinner
❷ Graph a Rhyme: Students will write a word on the graph that rhymes with the picture on the spinner
❸ Change a Rhyme: Students will change the beginning sounds of words to make new words
❹ Sort by Rhyme: Students will cut and sort by rhyming words
We're limited on copies. Can I still use these?
Definitely! You can run a handful of copies and laminate the worksheets, then stick them in your literacy centers. Students can complete the worksheets with dry erase markers, check their work, and then wipe the sheets clean for the next set of students.
