These cards are part of a rhythm dice game we play in the music classroom. I laminated each one and put it in a plastic lidded box with a dice. The children roll and then clap/play the numbered box. It is a great way to assess which children can keep a steady beat and play rhythms. Once set up, they are also great as a relief class activity because the children can run the game themselves. I simply let the children and the Executive know that they are ready for relief should ever they need it. These are in Simple time and include some mixed time sheets as well. I also on occasion use them with Boomwhackers. They can also be used as a game where you place a counter on the number you roll. Enjoy!
