This is a fun, new way to practice rhythms with your students. Using the MP4 files included in this file, your students will practice their rhythm reading skills in the "regular" Rhythm Wars game or in the "Rhythm Wars Poison Editions" they will read rhythms as well as decode the dreaded poison rhythm. In addition to reading, saying and clapping the patterns, your students can also play the patterns on instruments, such as recorders, drums or non-pitched percussion instruments.
Directions on how to play this game and how to use it with your students are included. The file comes with two MP4 files for EACH rhythmic concept listed below: in one the rhythm is written in plain stick notation. In the other, is an identical game but the rhythms are written with note heads.
** PLEASE NOTE: Due to the size of this file you will receive a PDF that has a link to a Dropbox file where the MP4 files are housed. You will then be able to download the file to your computer. Due to the size the download may take several minutes. You do NOT need a Dropbox account to access the files.
These files will play through Quicktime or through your iTunes.
** Save by purchasing these in the bundled form!
