Rhythm yoga is a fun way to practice reading and audiating rhythms in your music classroom!
Here's how it works:

Level 2 4/4 includes 13 rhythms with quarter notes, eighth notes, quarter rests, and sixteenth notes (in groups of 4).
Yoga poses include:
- Seated meditation
- Reverse table
- Warrior 1
- Warrior 2
