I created these cards to help assess students on beat vs. rhythm. You cut the page in half horizontally and then fold the two pieces on the dotted line so one side says rhythm and the other says beat. You can just use them in card form or you can mount them n a popsicle stick.
I will play the rhythm or the beat and students have to hold up the correct side of the card they think I'm doing. It's an easy way to see everyone's answers without having to grade any papers, just a quick check mark next to their name or seating chart if they get it wrong.
