This is an activity that can be used with students grades 6-12. The students are broken into small groups of about 2-4 students. With their groups, they need to work through the riddles to figure out what exercise or activity they are being asked to do. The students then need to perform the activity for the specified amount of time before moving onto the next. The student also have to determine what fitness component is being used during the activity. This is a great group lesson to reinforce fitness testing and fitness components.
