Students will practice their trigonometry skills with this engaging and dynamic PowerPoint game. Students can either aim for the fish with a Koosh Ball (if playing with a Smart Board), or come up to the computer to select a fish. The fish really do swim around the screen, so it's a lot of fun and the kids love it. The types of problems are as follows:
Red Fish: Identifying sine, cosine, and tangent ratios.
*Pythagorean Theorem required on some problems.
Yellow Fish: Finding a missing side using trig ratios.
Green Fish: Finding a missing angle using trig ratios.
Blue Fish: Applications - Angle of Elevation and Angle of Depression.
There are 44 total problems, with 11 of each kind. Once a problem is selected, students write it down on their recording sheet. All answers rounded to the nearest tenth. Once you click "Answer", they can check their answer.
