This CHV2O (Ontario Civics and Citizenship) PowerPoint note comes with an 18-slide note explaining rights, responsibilities, and the rule of law. It looks at the evolution of rights over the centuries (Civic Rights, Political Rights, and Social Rights), and explains how we have responsibilities attached to each of our rights. There is a fill-in-the-blank notebook attached, and can be printed to make taking notes easier for students. The .pdf attachment of the PowerPoint would work as an answer key for anyone looking to collect and correct them.
