Lloyd: Jump in the air while performing a soccer header 10 times.
(Jump, arch your back and use your core to drive your head forward).
Carmelo: Basketball shuffle from one side of the other and back again.
Raisman: Your choice: 5 cartwheels or 5 forward rolls, or 5 leaps.
