Students choose from a list of options from the beverage, appetizer, entrée, and dessert categories to make a complete menu. This menu project has students analyze, evaluate, and create products and activities on the culture, news, people, and events of the 1920s.
The menu choices were made with multiple intelligences and upper Bloom's taxonomy in mind.
This project can be an end-of-unit assignment or a throughout-the-unit assignment.
