Product Description
Introduce students to the changes in production during the Roaring 20's, flappers, and the reaction of the lost generation to these changes. Students watch a video clip of the mass production with Henry Ford's assembly line as well as the changes in dancing from the Victorian Era to the 1920's. Then, students examine a variety of documents including advertisements, an excerpt from Ernest Hemingway, and changes in dress. Students use these changes to determine if they believe the 1920's had a positive or negative impact on American culture.
