Hand drawn rock cycle diagram in which there is no crossing over of arrows. The diagram lists the three types of rocks: igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary. Within the diagram, short one sentence explanations as what is necessary to occur in order for a rock to either change or become another type are listed. This is chart was created for a fifth grade class to illustrate the rock cycle while attempting to avoid the confusion caused by the crossing arrows in most diagrams.
