This is a very simple activity for students as a whole class fitness warm-up or instant activity or part of stations/centers. Students find a partner and do RPS, which they then use the results of to determine which exercise they need to do. A very engaging way to practice fitness skills. It can last about 10 minutes as a separate activity.
