This is a culminating Google Docs/Drawings project used at the end of a unit on rocks. It includes complete instructions with rubric, blank template, and completed example. I used this in Google Classroom. I made the instructions and example view only and gave each student a copy of the template to customize. Each CD square opens up in Google Draw document where the student can customize fonts, colors, and images. I introduced the lesson and gave the students 2 classroom periods to work on the project. It allows students to research on the internet, use classroom notes and texts. Computer design skills and searching will also be used. The writing portion give students a chance to enhance their ELA skills as well. These files are in docx format and need to be uploaded into Google Drive to work correctly. An awesome way to end a Rockin' unit!!
