Experiment with aerodynamic design.
Calculate speed (rate) using the formula R = D/T.
Calculate altitude using basic trigonometry.

Included are detailed plans and instructions for building the rocket planes and for calculating speed and altitude. Materials needed:
printer paper, cardstock, scissors, tape, glue, rubber band, cardboard, measuring tape, and a stop watch.
