Commutative Property: Mix up the cards and put them in a pile in the middle. Deal each player 5 cards.
Players are looking for commutative pairs
(i.e. 2 + 3 = 5 and 3 + 2 = 5)
Player 1 picks a card in their hand. Player 1 asks
Player 2 if they have the turn around fact. If Player 2 has
it, he gives it to player 1, who then puts his pair down and goes again. If Player 2 does not have the turn around fact , he tells Player 1 Ho Ho Ho. Player 1 takes a card from the pile. If the card is a turn around fact that matches one in his hand, he goes again. If it does not match, his turn is over and it is Player 2’s turn. The game ends when one player has no cards left in their hand.

When the teacher is finished he/she will say Scoot! And students will move to the next desk. Continue until each student gets back to their own desk.
