This package includes fun games and activities for the letter R, for speech and language activities. It features a funny, interactive book about a rock star who lost his R and goes to great lengths to find it. The kids absolutely love this entire package, especially the book and interactive activity.
You will need to print, laminate, 3-hole punch, and place 3 rings in the book. Don't worry, its only 6 pages, 2-sided. See the photo in the preview section. There are two covers provided. Don't forget to laminate the pages 2-sided.
There are pictures for laminating, cutting out, velcroing and attaching to the relevant pages of the interactive book to complete the story while reading. There is also a complete version of the book, with the pictures already included.
To complement the interactive book, there is also a story mat which the students can use to sequence and narrate the story after reading the book. You will need to laminate and velcro the story mat to complete the activity.

The book and all materials here are the original works of SLP Nation, LLC. I did not use a service such as SmartyEars or LessonPix, so it took me a week to write the book and create each activity, item by item. But it was worth it. I really wanted you to have a book to go with the activities, because I personally hate it when there are activities but I have to buy the book separately. With all that said...please do not distribute.
Graphics have been generously provided by open clipart.org. Love them!
I hope you enjoy this activity. Please leave me a note to let me know what you think or if you have any questions regarding how to put it together.
Thanks and enjoy your day. I will be putting more packages like this together in the coming weeks, so please check back soon. If you need a specific item, please let me know.
