Product Description
This is a picture supported assessment that allows special education students to investigate and identify key concepts involving the relationship between rocks and fossils, that extinct life is preserved in many sedimentary rocks, fossils can be preserved are molds, casts, and original bone or shell, and the age of Earth is about 4.6 billion years.
The Assessment also includes a worksheet for an Investigation Lab into making a fossil by pressing a dinosaur or shell into clay or dough. Finally, a documentation sheet is included for recording student’s ability to practice sorting fossils and blocks into two separate containers (for lower level students).
