PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a fun I have, who has game to review rock and mineral vocabulary in science. There are 32 cards in this set.
Pass out the cards to students. Have them sit in a circle. Pick a child to go first. They stand and read their card. The child with the correct answer stands up and reads their card. Play continues until all cards are read. I always like to add an extra challenge by playing multiple times and seeing if students can beat their own record time for finishing.

The cards cover the terms:

Erosion
Mineral
Particle
Metamorphic rock
Lava
Core
Geologist
Texture
Igneous rock
Luster
Crust
Weathering
Rock
Sediments
Magma
Cleavage
Diamond
Deposition
Conglomerate
Heat and pressure
Sedimentary rock
Compaction
Mantle
Pumice
Moh’s Scale
Rock cycle
Geology
Cementation
Talc
Crystal
Hardness

I love to use this at the end of the unit as a vocabulary review game! Just laminate, cut out, and hand out the cards to play!

Let me know if there are any words that need added as I am always willing to edit the product.
