The role of trainers, teachers and parents in guidance and counseling is to develop in children the following qualities:

a) A sense of honor and self control and to boost their self esteem.

b) A genuine understanding of and differentiation between fact and fancy, that is, the ability to know who one is and what one wants.

c) Truthfulness and honesty. This means discouraging all types of cheating and lying in children.

For this reason, each of the stakeholders has to take seriously their respective roles in order to impart desirable qualities to the young children.
