Letter Identification and Handwriting Practice
Students enjoy using Roll A Letter pages at centers or as an early finisher activity. This packet includes pages of 6 letters, with both Capital and Lower-case letters. Each grouping of letters offer a fully traceable option for students needing more practice and a trace once option for students needing less-structured practice. One blank Roll A Letter template allows teachers to create a game based on the needs of individual students or to follow handwriting or literacy program sequences.
How To Play:
Students need one 6 sided die, a pencil, and a Roll A Letter Sheet.
Students roll the die and record the letter above that die image on their Roll A Letter page. Students continue to roll and record until one letter reaches the top row. That letter is the “winner” and should be recoded at the top of the page.
