A simple "Roll A Pizza" game.
I used this with my reception class. A great way to help teach wholes, halves and quarters. I created a dice that said 1, 1/1 and 1/4. Flash cards could also be used.
Print and laminate the "Roll A Pizza" game board.
Print, cut and laminate the pizzas. Cut some pizzas in half, some in quarters and leave some whole.
The aim of the game is to fill your pizza board first.
Children take turns in rolling the dice, (or turning over a flash card.) Children read what the dice says, and choose that size of pizza. Children put the pizza on their board. The first child to have created 4 pizzas is the winner.
