- laminated worksheet
- whiteboard markers
This is a very simple way to get your students practicing their sight words during literacy activities.
The use of the dice could also refine their skills with number, identifying and recognising the number and making connections to the sheet and identifying the sight word.
You can print 6 copies of these (however many in your guided reading groups), laminate them/put them in menu sleeves or plastic sleeves, so you can get the students to use whiteboard markers and write out their words everytime they land on it.
During the activity, students can say the number they rolled, say the word out loud and spell.
Enjoy! It is a word document so you may change your sight words accordingly.
