This works well as a partner activity or an independent activity. Students will roll dice to create numbers. After picking two numbers, they will fill in each side of the comparison chart. Then they will choose the correct comparison symbol to place in the middle of the two numbers.
This can be differentiated by allowing the students to use one, two, three, and even four dice when creating a number. It is helpful to use different colored dice to represent each place in a number (ones, tens, hundreds, etc.)
