Give a sheet to each student (or in groups) as they enter the gymnasium. Of course, already have the music playing!! Have them continue the activity as long as you feel necessary. This is a great activity for reinforcing math concepts in Physical Education class and learning about the 5 Components of Fitness.
It is excellent to use as an instant activity. Just print, cut, laminate and use the cards!! I recommend printing enough for the whole class.
Directions: Give each student or students a pair of dice. They then roll the dice together or separately to see what number shows up. They match up the numbers horizontally and vertically on the sheet and then slide them together to see what exercise they have to do. Then just repeat until the time is up.
