This game is played like other roll, say, keep games in my collection. Print off the cards and game board, cut cards apart and then laminate for durability. Place game board on table. Place cards in even piles on each section of game board. The students take turns rolling a six sided dice. After they roll the dice, they take a card from the pile to the corresponding number they rolled. They look at the place value representation and then name the number. If correct, they get to keep the card. If incorrect, they place the card on the bottom of the pile. The next player takes their turn. Play continues until all cards are gone or until time allotted is up. This game is great for centers because it does not require much direction from the teacher.
