Roll-a-Story boards are perfect for inspiring young writers! And, this free mini set of superhero themed writing prompts is sure to be a hit with your students!
To use, students simply roll a die and match the number they rolled to their board to get a story prompt. Each prompt includes a character, a setting, and a problem. Students will elaborate on these ideas in their writing. The prompt is designed to help students get creative without giving away too many details.
These boards are perfect for use as a fast finisher activity, in a writing center, or as part of your writing block/Writer's Workshop.
