Roll and Cover Christmas is a very versatile game board.
This board is great because it can be used with any activity; articulation, language, fluency, voice, or any other activity you may use.
You will need:
1 roll and cover board for each student in the group
1 pair of dice (I use one red die and one green die – but you don’t have to use colored dice)
Enough bingo type tokens for each student to cover the peppermints / stockings / hats
Articulation, language, or fluency cards or tasks of your choice.
The green peppermint / candy filled stockings / Rudolph in a hat are free spaces. We love free products and our students love FREE spaces.
Choose a student to begin the game. The student performs whatever task you assign. Upon completion of the task the student rolls one die which will tell the green number column, then he/she rolls the remaining die which tells them the red number row. (I actually use a red and a green die to decrease confusion – and the students love the colored dice). The student finds the item that is in the column and row designated by the dice and covers that item. Each student takes turns until someone covers every peppermint / stocking / hat in a row or a column. The first to complete a row or column is the winner.
