Math games are such a fun way for students to learn! After you have taught these games to your students, they make wonderful math station activities!
Included in this pack are 8 different games (color and black & white options included). I have included different options for the games as far as representations (dot cube, ten frame, fingers, dots, numbers) for each number so you can differentiate for your students.
For each game you can have your students play with a partner. For the games on pages 8 and 10 (as well as 16 and 18) they would need two dot cubes and for all other games they need one dot cube. They also need something to cover the number. I like to use the two-sided counters because one person can use the red side and one person can use the yellow side. Students take turns rolling the dot cube and covering the number rolled.
Pages 9 and 10 (as well as 17 and 18) are a different “Roll and Cover” game. Students “Roll and Write” the number they rolled by tracing the number. If you choose to laminate the game board, students can use a dry erase marker to write the number.
