Roll into Fitness!
Need an activity to help get the wiggles out? This activity called "Roll into Fitness" can help students practice their numbers and math facts while participating in physical activity. This is an activity you can do in your classroom or other small space. No gym needed! This activity download comes with the instructions and a copy of student card.
Each student or group of students will receive a card and two dice. Each card has numbers 2-12 with a paired physical activity next to each number. The student(s) will roll the dice and add the total of the dice together. Once they have the total the students will look on their card, find the number and perform the activity. For example 1st die- 1 + 2nd die 3= sum is 4. Look for 4 and perform 4 toe touches. sum = 10 perform 10 jumping jacks.

Modifications can be made. Younger students can count objects, older students can practice subtraction, greater than or less than etc.
