This activity starts with students reading a few paragraphs about Roman Law, followed by some critical thinking questions. In the second section students have fun determining whether some listed laws are in fact real Roman laws or fictional ones. Next, students will find a list of scenarios that need to be matched up to their corresponding Roman Table. The final portion asks students to write a paragraph on how the Twelve Tables has influenced modern societies. In the preview section you can download the Twelve Tables information which can be used for this worksheet.
